1. Please briefly present your organisation.
Pangea Association was founded in 2014 as an NGO. Since its establishment, the organisation has been active in applying all related EU and national funded projects mainly about youth, disadvantaged and culture.

1. What are the activities and experience of your organisation in the areas relevant for this application?(Give examples of the areas)
The association has been working on an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange Programme project prepared to provide social inclusion of youngsters in the streets through a training of staff of our association working for youth. The project is a KA1 project that will take our key staff to Lisbon, Portugal to get a training about how to integrate young people in streets with society through creative games, activities, psycohological assistance etc. The project will be submitted to TR NA before the deadline 30 April, 2015.

2. What are the skills and expertise of key staff/persons in your organization that will be involved in this project? Pangea is a distinctive association whose administrator staff consists of project experts which makes the association unique and different from all other similar NGOs in the region. Chairmen, his assistants, secretary and main members are all project experts who have been working in EU project preparation and management for years particularly about education and youth. The key staff are mostly composed of teachers who have been completed their master degrees in several areas such as religious sociology, literature, administrative education.
